Understanding the specific challenges and successes agents faced helps us identify key trends in the current insurance landscape. Our goal is to map out how market changes affect client conversations and plan selections.
How It Works
You will participate in a remote video conversation to walk us through your typical enrollment workflows. We will ask you to describe how you evaluate different plan options and present them to your clients. You will also react to a few hypothetical enrollment scenarios and discuss your strategies for addressing client questions. The discussion will wrap up with a brief reflection on your overall experience during the most recent enrollment period.
Who This Is For
We are looking for active, licensed insurance agents and brokers who routinely sell Medicare Advantage plans. We welcome independent brokers, captive agents, and agency owners who directly handled client enrollments during the most recent cycle. Ideal candidates have strong firsthand experience guiding clients through complex insurance decisions.
What You'll Do
Walk us through your typical process for onboarding a new Medicare Advantage client.
Describe the tools and materials you use to compare plan benefits.
React to hypothetical client scenarios and explain your plan recommendations.
Discuss the primary challenges you encountered during the recent enrollment period.
Who Should Apply
Active license to sell health insurance and Medicare Advantage plans.
Direct experience enrolling clients during the most recent Annual Enrollment Period.
Comfortable discussing your sales workflows and client communication strategies.
Currently working as an independent broker or captive insurance agent.
