Project Manager - Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance (MIPS)

We are currently seeking an exceptional Project Manager with a Compliance Background to join our team and support our Clients within our Professional Services organization. This role is fully remote anywhere in the U.S.
The Project Manager / Regulatory Consultant is a high-impact role responsible for leading client engagements from project initiation to completion while serving as a subject matter expert on regulatory compliance (MIPS) and system workflows. This role bridges project delivery, scope/SOW management, and technical regulatory consulting to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with healthcare industry mandates.
Duties and Responsibilities
Regulatory & MIPS Consulting : Directly advise clients on MIPS compliance, operational workflows, and system governance strategies to ensure successful regulatory attestation.
Project Management & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, define goals, track dependencies, manage resource allocations, and monitor progress to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Technical & Platform Consulting: Master Raintree's latest features and functionality to consult, educate, and guide clients on platform best practices for long-term system maintenance.
Stakeholder & Escalation Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and leadership. Proactively and independently manage client communications, status updates, and critical project escalations.
Enablement & Documentation: Develop standard educational materials, new measure documentation, and cross-training resources for internal teams and clients.
Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and take corrective actions when necessary.
Position Proficiencies and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
Proven 3-5 years experience as a Regulatory Consultant with Project Manager experience in Healthcare IT
Comprehensive expertise regarding regulatory compliance mandates, reporting requirements, and the operational nuances of MIPS.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective leadership and team management abilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation principles.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or other relevant certifications are a plus.
