What We're Researching

We're running a paid study on the technology stack that powers modern talent acquisition. Understanding how recruitment teams manage candidate pipelines and evaluate talent helps us identify friction points in current hiring tools. We want to see how these systems impact day-to-day workflow efficiency.

How It Works

You will join a 30-minute virtual interview to discuss your current recruitment processes. We will ask you to walk us through the primary software tools you use for sourcing, tracking, and communicating with candidates. You will evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of these platforms based on your recent hiring cycles. Finally, we will gather your feedback on potential workflow improvements that could streamline your operations.

Who This Is For

We are looking for active recruiters and talent acquisition specialists who manage end-to-end hiring processes. We welcome in-house corporate recruiters, agency recruiters, technical sourcers, and HR generalists who handle significant hiring volumes. You should be highly familiar with modern applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
