About the Role

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of Matter Health's Talent Acquisition team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, coordinating interviews, managing recruiting logistics, and ensuring every interaction reflects Matter Health's values.

In addition to interview coordination, the Recruiting Coordinator partners closely with recruiters by assisting with candidate sourcing, application management, recruiting operations, onboarding coordination, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys building relationships, and is looking to grow a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.

What You'll Do

Coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.

Prepare interview confirmations, schedules, and candidate communications.

Maintain accurate candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing, application review, and candidate outreach.

Support job postings, recruiting events, employer branding initiatives, and recruiting projects.

Coordinate onboarding activities and partner with Human Resources to ensure a smooth new hire experience.

Help maintain recruiting reports, pipeline activity, and Talent Acquisition metrics.

Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, human resources, scheduling, or a related administrative role.

Experience supporting recruiting, sourcing candidates, or coordinating interviews preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar recruiting tools preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience while supporting a growing Talent Acquisition team.

This is a hybrid based role where you'll spend 3 days in office and 2 days remote
