Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Account Executive to manage and close inbound opportunities for a fast-growing private label cosmetics manufacturer. This is a high-conversion, consultative sales role focused exclusively on warm leads generated weekly.

You will guide beauty brands and product founders through a structured, solution-based sales process—assessing product vision, formulation needs, production scope, budget, and timelines. The role owns the full sales cycle from qualification to deposit collection and seamless handoff to operations.

Key Responsibilities

Qualify inbound inquiries and prioritize high-value opportunities

Lead structured discovery calls to define scope, budget, MOQs, and timelines

Educate prospects on manufacturing capabilities, formulation options, and pricing models

Manage a 2–4 week consultative sales cycle with proactive follow-up

Collaborate with R&D and production teams to confirm feasibility and capacity

Secure signed agreements and collect initial deposits

Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reporting, and forecast visibility

Required Qualifications

3+ years of B2B closing experience in cosmetics, private label manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or technical product sales

Proven success managing warm/inbound leads through a structured consultative sales process

Strong ability to explain technical processes clearly via video calls

Demonstrated ownership of full-cycle sales from qualification to close

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have experience working with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling to beauty brands, DTC founders, or e-commerce product companies

Understanding of formulation development, compliance basics, and MOQs

Experience working with commission-based sales structures

Familiarity with forecasting and pipeline reporting
