Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead a team of recruiters and drive operational excellence across our staffing function. This is a full-time role for a seasoned agency professional who brings strong leadership instincts, a solid grasp of recruiting operations, and the ability to manage both people and process in a remote-first environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct leadership and day-to-day management of a recruitment team, setting clear expectations and driving accountability
Oversee full-cycle recruitment operations, ensuring pipelines are well-managed, accurate, and moving efficiently
Own ATS administration for the team, maintaining data integrity, workflow consistency, and performance reporting
Monitor individual and team KPIs, identifying gaps and implementing targeted improvements
Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues, process breakdowns, or team challenges
Support and manage client accounts where required, ensuring strong communication and service delivery standards are upheld
Partner with senior leadership to align team capacity and activity with business priorities
Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, tools, and documentation
Required Qualifications:
Staffing agency background is non-negotiable — applications without this experience will not be considered
Proven experience in a management or senior-level role with direct responsibility for overseeing a recruitment team
Solid hands-on experience with ATS platforms and managing recruiting operations through technology
Strong written and spoken English, with a professional and confident communication style across internal and external stakeholders
Highly organized with the ability to lead a team while staying close to operational detail in a high-volume environment
Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience owning or co-managing client accounts within a staffing or recruitment agency setting
Familiarity with recruitment performance reporting and using data to inform team decisions
Experience developing internal processes, SOPs, or onboarding frameworks for recruitment teams
Tools & Technology:
ATS platform (experience with any major system)
Google Workspace
Slack, Zoom, and other remote collaboration tools
Project management tools (Asana or similar)
