Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day recruiting operations within a fast-paced staffing environment. This is a full-time leadership role requiring a strong background in agency recruitment, team management, and operational execution. The ideal candidate is process-driven, people-focused, and confident managing recruiting workflows, ATS platforms, and cross-functional collaboration across distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing day-to-day oversight, coaching, and performance guidance
Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring process consistency, quality, and efficiency
Manage and optimize ATS usage, ensuring accurate data entry, pipeline tracking, and reporting
Drive operational improvements across sourcing, screening, and placement workflows
Serve as a point of escalation for team challenges, client needs, and process gaps
Monitor team metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions where needed
Support client account management activities, ensuring a high standard of service delivery
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment operations with broader business goals
Required Qualifications:
Staffing agency background is non-negotiable — candidates without this experience will not be considered
Proven experience in a managerial or senior leadership role overseeing a team of recruiters or recruitment coordinators
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology stacks
Strong written and spoken English with a professional, clear communication style
Ability to manage high-volume, fast-moving operations while maintaining quality and accuracy
Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing client accounts or acting as a primary point of contact for client relationships
Familiarity with recruitment reporting, data analysis, and operational metrics
Experience contributing to process documentation, SOPs, or team training initiatives
Tools & Technology:
ATS platform (experience with any major system)
Google Workspace
Slack, Zoom, and other remote collaboration tools
Project management tools (Asana or similar)
