Position Overview
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on starting conversations, creating opportunities, and consistently opening doors with decision-makers.
This is a pure outbound prospecting role.
You'll be responsible for identifying target accounts, engaging prospects through multiple channels, overcoming objections, and booking qualified meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate enjoys competition, embraces rejection as part of the process, and understands that success comes from consistent execution, relentless follow-up, and a growth mindset.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in sales, business development, consulting, technology, or enterprise solutions.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Outbound Prospecting
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
Generate qualified meetings with decision-makers within target organizations.
Execute strategic follow-up sequences to maximize response rates.
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
Lead Qualification
Conduct initial conversations to identify business challenges and opportunities.
Assess prospect fit based on company profile, business needs, and level of interest.
Clearly communicate Curvion Blue's value proposition.
Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
Account Research & Targeting
Research target companies and key stakeholders.
Personalize outreach to increase engagement and response rates.
Utilize CRM systems, prospecting tools, and sales intelligence platforms effectively.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership.
Provide detailed notes and prospect insights prior to meetings.
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and call reviews.
CRM & Activity Management
Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity.
Track outreach performance, meeting conversion rates, and pipeline metrics.
Continuously improve messaging, talk tracks, and objection handling.
You SHOULD Apply If
You enjoy talking to new people every day.
You are energized by goals, competition, and performance metrics.
You view rejection as part of the process rather than a setback.
You are naturally curious and enjoy asking questions.
You take ownership of your results.
You are highly coachable and actively seek feedback.
You thrive in fast-paced environments with high expectations.
You want to build a long-term career in sales.
You have a strong work ethic and understand that consistency wins.
You SHOULD NOT Apply If
You dislike cold calling or outbound prospecting.
You need constant supervision to remain productive.
You become discouraged easily after hearing "no."
You avoid accountability for your performance.
You are uncomfortable being measured by activity and results.
You prefer waiting for opportunities instead of creating them.
You struggle to receive feedback or coaching.
You are looking for a low-pressure sales environment.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days:
Consistently achieve outbound activity expectations.
Demonstrate strong CRM discipline and process adherence.
Generate qualified meetings that create meaningful sales opportunities.
