About Teton

Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care, using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the patient and care environment. Our product alleviates administrative inefficiencies and observational tasks that overburden healthcare professionals, and enabling them to provide better patient care.

Through a combination of in-room hardware, AI and desktop and mobile applications, Teton helps create a seamless healthcare experience for both patients and providers. Our solution provides unprecedented access to real-time data insights, creating a digital twin of patient states and care delivery that empowers healthcare providers with actionable intelligence for optimal decision-making.

We focus relentlessly on product excellence and user experience, deploying solutions at speed that make a tangible difference for carers. We are an aspiring meritocracy biased towards action, striving to always raise the bar. If you are driven by impact, speed and leveling up, this might be the place for you.

The Role

As an IT Operations Engineer, in the Operations & Strategy team, you'll own Teton's IT backbone - the connectivity at clients' sites and managed devices our customers depend on, as well as the internal systems that keep the company running. Your job is to take everything that isn't fleet off our engineers' plates, so the fleet team can stay focused on fleet reliability, architecture and firmware - and so the deployment teams can trust the devices will go online during implementations, and stay online. You'll automate and build the systems that let Teton scale without adding headcount.

Day to day, you'll work across both internal and external IT. Externally, you'll own connectivity for our devices at client sites and control of managed devices, ensuring we deliver the best possible service to our clients. Internally, you'll own compliance frameworks (such as SOC 2), constantly refine our security, and manage our internal IT systems and identity management.

Finally, you'll help our Operations Engineer on refining our internal tools that guides each team's processes throughout the customer journey, helping to build a scaleable foundation for our growth.

What We're Looking For

Extremely hard working people.

Solid IT operations fundamentals - hands-on with networking/WiFi, mobile device management (MDM), and identity & access management.

A builder's instinct - you automate and script your way out of repetitive work, and you're fluent with (or hungry to master) agentic coding tools.

High ownership and a startup mindset - comfortable setting things up from scratch, and willing to get hands-on at customer sites when connectivity is on the line.

The ability to understand and make sense of complex workflows and processes.

Bonus: exposure to compliance and security frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2).

What We Offer

Work with state-of-the-art technology in a pioneering field.

A vibrant, learning-focused work environment.

Part of building an early fast-growing startup.

Competitive salary and participation in equity scheme.
