Senior Amazon FBA E-commerce Manager (Store Owner / Operator)

Location

Remote

Time Zone

US Time Zones (EST–PST)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a senior Amazon FBA leader to reboot and fully own an existing Amazon store. This role is end-to-end: product research, supplier sourcing, pricing, listings, optimization, logistics, and scaling. We need someone who has “done it all” before and can operate independently with minimal direction—initially as a hands-on owner, with the opportunity to build a small team over time.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full Amazon FBA lifecycle: product discovery, sourcing, launch, optimization, and scale

Identify winning products and categories using strong business judgment (margin, demand, competition, operational feasibility)

Build and manage supplier relationships (vendors/wholesalers/manufacturers), negotiate pricing and terms

Create and optimize listings (SEO, A+ content direction, images/creative briefs, conversion improvements)

Manage pricing strategy, promos, inventory planning, and replenishment to avoid stockouts/overstock

Oversee FBA operations and, where needed, coordinate FBM/3PL/warehouse workflows

Track performance (sales, TACoS/ACoS, contribution margin, inventory health) and execute improvements

Required Qualifications

6+ years owning or leading Amazon FBA businesses with clear scaling outcomes (revenue, margin, and operational stability)

Proven product/category selection expertise and supplier sourcing experience (vendor/wholesaler relationships)

Strong understanding of FBA operations (and working knowledge of FBM/3PL logistics is a plus)

Ability to run an Amazon store end-to-end independently with minimal direction

Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar); and ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

Deep experience in at least one: Home & Garden, Tools, or Electronics (or similarly competitive physical goods categories)

Experience “rebooting” or turning around an Amazon account/store and building a pipeline of new listings

People leadership experience and interest in hiring/managing a small team over time

Tools & Technology

Amazon Seller Central, FBA/FBM workflows

Keyword and market research tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa)

Ads and reporting (Amazon Ads Console, basic analytics dashboards)

Productivity/collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana/Trello)

Please NOTE

It is crucial that you complete the application form in full. As part of the application process, you will be required to record a video. If your application is successful, you will receive an email confirming next steps—the video is the first step of the interview process. If you do not record a video, we will not be able to consider you for ANY open roles.
