The Role

We’re hiring a Sales Manager who excels at coaching and scaling teams . You’ll lead a group of Account Executives, mentoring them to hit—and exceed—revenue targets. Your day-to-day includes developing talent, improving call quality, and turning sales processes into scalable systems. This is a strategic role that puts leadership first and closes second.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of quota-carrying Account Executives

Improve call and deal execution using platforms like Gong.io

Forecast, track, and analyze sales performance in Salesforce/HubSpot

Build and optimize sales processes to drive efficiency and revenue

Partner with Marketing to sharpen GTM alignment

Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and development of sales talent

What You Bring

6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales; 2+ years leading quota-carrying reps

Proven ability to coach teams to meet or exceed goals

Strong command of sales performance tools ( Gong.io , HubSpot, Salesforce)

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours

Background in marketing analytics, ad tech, or B2B SaaS
