Role Overview

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Associate with strong technical skills to support GTM execution across inbound, outbound, and content-driven channels. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys coding, experimentation, and hands-on campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Build and run inbound growth campaigns across SEO, content, and social

Support outbound lead generation via email sequences and LinkedIn outreach

Use Python and SQL to analyze leads, campaigns, and conversion performance

Test new GTM experiments and iterate quickly based on results

Monitor performance metrics and optimize for qualified lead generation

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on messaging and targeting

Required Qualifications

1–4 years of experience in growth, marketing, or lead generation roles

Working knowledge of Python and SQL for data analysis or automation

Experience with inbound or outbound marketing execution

Prior remote work experience , strong comfort with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies — required and non-negotiable

Highly execution-oriented with a willingness to test and learn

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with GTM experimentation or growth analytics

Familiarity with B2B SaaS or early-stage startup environments

Exposure to CRM or sales engagement platforms

Tools & Technology

HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft

Python, SQL

Google Analytics, spreadsheets, reporting dashboards

Social and community platforms
