Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Marketing Lead to own and execute positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for a B2B SaaS product portfolio. This is a hands-on role for a strategic marketer who enjoys writing, launching, and enabling cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has strong SaaS experience, can simplify complex product capabilities (including AI-driven features), and thrives in a fully remote, execution-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions

Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features, launches, and product updates

Develop compelling customer-facing content including website copy, sales decks, product pages, and launch materials

Translate technical and AI-powered capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value

Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align roadmap, messaging, and enablement

Support Sales with training materials, battlecards, and enablement assets

Conduct ongoing competitive and market research to inform strategy and positioning

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in Product Marketing within a SaaS environment

Strong track record as a hands-on contributor who can both own strategy and execute deliverables

Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills

Experience collaborating closely with Product and Sales teams

Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies. Candidates without this background will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience marketing AI-powered or highly technical products

Background in B2B SaaS, preferably in growth-stage companies

Experience supporting Sales-led, Product-led, or hybrid GTM motions

Exposure to agency environments or content-heavy marketing roles

Tools & Technology

Collaboration & Documentation: Slack, Google Workspace, Notion

Project Management: Asana, Jira (or similar)

CRM & Sales Enablement: HubSpot, Salesforce

Analytics & AI Tools: Google Analytics, AI-assisted productivity and research tools
