UX Engineer – Senior
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Department: Engineering
Employment Type: Full-Time
Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior UX Engineer to join our Digital Twin Platform and Simulation team. In this role, you will be the technical anchor for the design squad, ensuring that our simulation-ready platforms are built to the highest standards of engineering excellence. We are looking for a specialist who can work independently to bridge the gap between complex simulation data and intuitive, human-centric design.
Our Core Design & UX Stack
Design & Prototyping
Figma (Advanced) for high-fidelity prototyping, design systems, and modular component design
Material UI (MUI) design guidelines for consistent, scalable interface patterns
Prototyping tools for simulating real-time data flows and interaction models
Research & Strategy
User Research & Usability Testing methodologies to validate simulation workflows
Design Workshops for requirement discovery and cross-functional ideation
Interaction Design focused on complex data manipulation and 3D/Spatial contexts
Standards & Delivery
ESRI GIS UI patterns for geospatial data visualization and mapping interfaces
Accessibility (WCAG) standards to ensure inclusive digital twin experiences
Design-to-Developer Handoff processes using tokens and structured documentation
Key Responsibilities
Low-Level Design (LLD) for UX: Create detailed interaction specs, wireframes, and task flows that account for the technical constraints of real-time simulation engines.
Design System Governance: Build and maintain a robust, accessible component library in Figma that aligns with Material UI guidelines and supports our digital twin ecosystem.
GIS Interface Design: Design specialized UI patterns for ESRI GIS integrations, focusing on map-based interactions, layer management, and spatial data clarity.
Autonomous Prototyping: Independently develop advanced interactive prototypes that demonstrate complex simulation states, including real-time alerts and time-series data transitions.
Usability & Research: Lead user research sessions and usability testing with simulation engineers to identify friction points in the digital twin workflow.
Design Workshops: Facilitate collaborative design sprints and workshops to align stakeholders on product vision and user-centric priorities.
Accessibility Leadership: Audit and implement WCAG-compliant design patterns, ensuring the platform is usable for all profiles across the organization.
Developer Collaboration: Own the handoff process, providing developers with clean assets, CSS logic, and interaction documentation to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
