Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, client-facing Loan Processor to manage residential loan applications from submission through closing. This role requires strong virtual assistant acumen, attention to detail, and proactive communication with borrowers, lenders, and internal teams. Experience in real estate or home lending is highly valued. Spanish-speaking ability is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Manage residential loan files from application through closing

Collect, review, and verify borrower documentation for accuracy and completeness

Communicate directly with clients to request documents and provide status updates

Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to move files forward efficiently

Ensure files meet compliance guidelines and submission standards

Maintain organized digital records and consistently update CRM/loan systems

Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact closing timelines

Required Qualifications

Experience in loan processing, mortgage support, or a similar administrative/client-facing role

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple loan files and deadlines simultaneously

Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

Prior remote work experience is mandatory . Candidates must be fluent with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar) and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in real estate, mortgage lending, or home loan processing

Spanish language proficiency (spoken and written)

Background as a virtual assistant supporting client-facing teams

Familiarity with US mortgage documentation and lending terminology
