As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage and report on the commercial performance of these projects, working closely with clients to ensure successful delivery.
Experience in the understanding of cost management of a project, working with QS colleagues to maintain the best value to the client whilst maintaining quality.
Administer the Design & Build Contract: Manage contract administration, handle variations, and resolve disputes.
Experience in procurement of contractors, development of contractual documents and achieving Contract Close on projects.
Attend design team meetings, produce tender documentation: Participate in design meetings to ensure cost-effective solutions and prepare detailed tender documents.
